Also The installation was equally impressive; Frank and his assistant arrived on time, work was very clean and professional. I mean from sales , permitting and installation was 3 days start to completion Even the office staff made the administrative side of things effortless. The level of professionalism from this entire team is rare and truly made all the difference. I’m thrilled with the results and will be recommending them to everyone! 2026-03-05I had a very positive experience with Ice C Cool for my AC installation. I really appreciated their flexibility, especially the ability to choose the exact equipment I wanted instead of being limited to a short list. They’re also one of the few companies willing to work with customer-purchased equipment. While I ultimately had them handle the purchase, having that option mattered to me. Their pricing was very competitive, and communication was great throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and were transparent about a small equipment delay so I always knew what to expect. There was a minor issue after installation with the outdoor unit cover, but once I reported it, they addressed it quickly and sent someone out to fix it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

He made sure the unit was working at in excellent working conditions. Overall, I'm a very content client. Te'Darrel did a great job, and his customer service is excellent. 2025-11-14They replaced our entire air-conditioning system And relocated to a different portion of our home it works great we’re very happy with it. We had a problem with the heater when it got cold out. Keep in mind, the heater had never been used until the temperature dropped here in South Florida. When we turn the heater on, we had a small problem With a blown fuse. However, they came out, changed out the unit for a more efficient one and now it works perfect perfectly. Given the fact that it was 35° in South Florida yesterday we are glad to have it working perfectly and keeping our house toasty warm.
