After only two months of being on Dr. Verma’s protocol, I feel like a completely different person! I’m sleeping like a rock, more energy, and knock on wood - I haven’t seem to be getting small colds or illnesses as easily as I was with having babies/toddlers in the house. Most importantly - my gut health has improved tremendously! Before, I was constantly bloated and my abdomen was so distended and painful, even just after waking up in the mornings. Every time I ate, I was just a bowling ball. I’ve given up (for the most part) gluten and lactose. My body has been able to digest things SO much better. I can eat a meal and not feel like trash for the rest of the day. I seriously could cry happy tears every day! I’m so grateful to have found a doctor that listens to my concerns and addresses every one of them! If I’m feeling this good after just two months, I can’t imagine how I’m going to be feeling a year from now. Thanks a million, Dr. Verma!
