Living at Aura Apartments in Nokomis feels like living at a resort every single day. The pool is absolutely stunning—I never miss a chance to snap a photo (or ten!) because it’s that gorgeous. Brittany, the community manager, is truly one of a kind. She’s warm, personable, and goes above and beyond to make Aura feel like home. Even when she’s off the clock, she’s working and you can see the heart she pours into this community. The maintenance staff here deserves a huge shoutout too—they are quick, thorough, and always so kind. Anytime something needs attention, it’s handled right away, which gives such peace of mind. Eric always gives a shoutout to my dog and he always makes my day. The clubhouse amenities are magazine-worthy: a pool table, putting green, beer and wine on tap, gym with everything you could want including stairmills and a peloton bike, a cozy lounge area perfect for binging your favorite shows, and let’s not forget the coffee bar—espresso, chai, hot chocolate, syrups, creamers… basically heaven for coffee lovers. 🤤 My 2/2 apartment is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I especially love that the bedrooms are on opposite sides, which gives a nice sense of privacy when both are occupied. Honestly, I could go on and on—I’m obsessed with this place. From the luxury vibes to the community feel, Aura Apartments checks every box. And let’s not forget we are only a 10 minute drive to the beach! *swoon* Highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream Florida home! 🌴✨

I’ve called Aura home for almost 9 months now, and I absolutely love it here. The vibe is amazing, and I really appreciate how our community stands out—it’s always growing and improving. The apartment is spacious and full of light, the clubhouse is beautiful, and the staff are always kind and responsive. (I love you guys❤️) I’ve also been lucky to have such great neighbors. Plus, the location couldn’t be more convenient! I tell all my friends about Aura Apartments, I just wish they’d move here too!

As one of the longest running residents I can say the Aura Apartments has been a great place to live. With tons of amenities and a friendly staff this place has everything you’re looking for. The residents are friendly and there are many opportunities to get together. The highlight however is the amazing staff who is accessible and responsive. UPDATE: The Amazing Staff that I wrote this review about was just terminated by the new ownership group. As someone who I guarantee was closer to the day to day than anyone in the new ownership group - This was a mistake and short-sighted on their part. The manager and maintenance leader never let me down and were more accessible than at any place I have ever lived. I sincerely hope the new group can make it work as they have immensely large shoes to fill...The shoes you just tossed out...

Living at Aura provides me with super amenities and a staff that does their best to make certain the residents are kept up to date with all the community events that they plan. They make certain everyone feels welcome and we'll cared for. Eric & Davis w/the maintenance team are absolutely super 👌 Davis, thank you for blowing up Junior's basket ball and Eric thank you for always making time to make out stay here feel like home. I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with thoughtful layouts and quality finishes that really make it feel like home. The building is quiet, safe, and in a great location — close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful. The management and maintenance teams truly stand out. They’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free. Amenities are well kept and actually usable (which isn’t always the case elsewhere), and the community overall is friendly and respectful. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place to live.
