Jason is always phenomenal. Quick to respond to maintenance requests. I had a pipe burst over the weekend and he has been over several times to make sure my heat works and the leak has been repaired. Always leaves detailed notes on his work. Great experience overall.

Zac Cole completed his work very carefully. He came several times to confirm the problem and find suitable parts. I really like the emergency maintenance service.

Parker helped me with a maintenance issue today. He was efficient and friendly. I submitted the ticket at midnight last night, and he was here early this morning, very fast! Thank you!

MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WALLS ARE EXTREMELY THIN AND ELEVATOR FREQUENTLY NOT WORKING!!!!!!! This for the Fitz Flatz Property that they manage. They say you have an onsite resident manager which you do but she never does her job as 1 she loses her work phone, and is actually powerless because of the management that hired her. Your portfolio manager Mike, is the rudest and most unprofessional resident manager I’ve ever met. The management will sick fear mongering lawyers if you make an ADA request. First couple weeks living there I accidentally slammed my finger in a door and yelled cause it hurt. We were met with a lease violation that day and weren’t talked to because their policy of if two neighbors report then it’s an automatic lease violation (which isn’t in the lease and they don’t have quiet hours) and you won’t get talked to before. So their process for lease violations are completely up to the management and how they FEEL that day. The parking lot in the back was NEVER plowed or shoveled in the winter months that we lived there. We had an issue with our neighbor slamming her microwave over and over at 11 at night and we were told to get the resident manager to come into our room to listen and she heard what we were complaining about and said yep it’s fine I can hear my neighbors almost like their butchering a cow so this is fine. And we continued to complain about this and they threatened a lease violation if we were to continue sending in complaints because of the noise. As you can see each tenant is treated differently based off of how the management feels about them. The onsite resident manager also let us know personally that the portfolio manager Mike can actually be a real jerk. When your own resident manager is saying that the portfolio manager is a jerk you really know you have bad management. The elevator that they had to call maintenance on multiple times in our time living there actually QUIT WORKING ON THE DAY OF OUR MOVE OUT and there is no emergency number posted in the building but they They just say they have one and never give it out to anyone. The onsite resident manager was conveniently out of the country during that time so there was absolutely no one to contact as it was a weekend and the management isn’t open on weekends. I can’t imagine what someone would have done if they were bound to a wheelchair but couldn’t leave their apartment because the management refuses to fix an elevator that they know has issues. I’d highly recommend never leasing here if you don’t want to deal with crappy unprofessional management, thin walls and only one elevator that needs help. Response from management- as you can see their response was literally “we’re sorry we didn’t meet expectations but our team does what we can” your team does nothing but what they want and they have zero care for their tenants. Make sure to read the lease agreement info as it is extreme biased to protect kleinman property management not their tenants and that is coming from someone who worked in realty! I hope you stray away from this unprofessionally managed apartment building, it’ll save you a lot of stress if you stray away! Trust me!

Service was so quick to replace our broken door knob! I appreciate that the maintenance team understood the urgency. Tech was awesome. Always kind and helpful!
