We partnered with Rich from RKH in the Fall of 2024. Our goal was to completely gut our home and add a level in 8 months (End of May 2025). It was a big ask, but boy did Rich and his team Deliver. They hit our time frame, budget & schedule. We had no change orders. The communication was great. Rich became a trusted advisor through the process. My family and I are so happy we chose RKH as our contractor.

Rich is great to work with and so is his whole team! Rich will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Rich was able to renovate my 2nd floor and lifted attic while I lived in it when no one else could, he was a real lifesaver!

RKH Builders are a great company for any home projects and especially remodel and additions. Rich and his crew are very professional and courteous Rich provided his estimate and timeline to begin the project and maintained his timeline and completed the project ahead of schedule. The work is meticulous and his crew were very professional and showed up on time every day. We are rehiring RKH for our next improvement project immediatley due to their exceeding expectations. Highly recommend

I hired Rich to come in and do a complete renovation on a really nice home in Montclair, NJ - the previous contractor didn't really understand the scope of work or what was expected. Luckily I was able to have Rich come in and take care of the whole project - which came out fantastic and we were so happy with the finished product. House came out amazing!

We couldn’t be happier with our primary bathroom remodel. It was a full demo and re-build. The owner, Richie handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. He swiftly addressed the couple of glitches that can be expected with any multi-faceted project.
Richie was very responsive and reliable. He was a steady presence throughout the project. He kept things moving—no delays—and he managed the permits without a hitch.
What also stood out for us were his creative ideas that maximized the space and improved the overall design.
His team and his subcontractors were professional, on time and definitely committed us being happy with the results.
It was truly a 5-star experience.
