Nice Irish pub with a great atmosphere. Good parking too. Been coming on and off for years. We all had some sort of cheesesteak and it was juicy and seasoned well. The fish and chips were also good in past experiences. Definitely will start coming again more often!

Honestly never felt super crazy about this place until I saw they had gluten free pizza. I took a risk and ordered it because sometimes GF pizza is nearly inedible. It was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Located in the heart of downtown Denville, Thatcher's always can be relied on for old beer and decent food. They have a full bar with a great selection of beers and food selections with a rotating seasonal menu. During a visit in October, ordered from the Octoberfest menu and started off with the German Style Potato Cakes which were Served with a side of applesauce & sour cream and a Stacy's Mom IPA from Eviln Genius Beer Company. For lunch, ordered the Tober Toastie (Choice of Black Forest ham or shredded sauerbraten topped with beer braised onions & muenster cheese; served on rye bread) Thatchers is one of our go to spots that never disappoints.
