ATIYEH has been my ‘Go To’ for more than 10 years! The I annual rug cleaning special is my reminder to protect my home improvement investment. I appreciate the options for company pickup or my own drop off. I usually opt for drop off, since I can just get it done on my terms. The staff members are always there to unload my items, lay them out for inspection & offer advice on any repairs needed. They even text or give me a call when my ‘floor beauties’ are ready. I especially enjoy spending a few minutes in the spacious showroom. It’s like entering an art gallery with both hanging & touchable floor art from around the world. During my latest visit I was thrilled to learn I can have a staff member bring some rugs to my home, free of charge, so I can see different sizes & styles in place, with no obligation or pressure to buy.

Found a beautiful antique rug in the wild but didn't know much about it. I reached out to Atiyeh Bros about a value assessment on their website and they got back to me within hours. Marnie gave me a very kindly detailed description of what was needed for a remote assessment. After I sent my pictures over about an hour later I got a call from Rick who went over the details of my rug along with a general estimate of what it's worth. He was generous with his time and it was very clear that he knew what he was talking about. Not only was this service incredibly affordable but the whole exchange was seamless and professional. Atiyeh Rugs is my first and only choice for rug purchasing and cleaning for the Portland area. The selection of rugs is outstanding. The knowledge and service of all the staff is excellent. The friendliness and professionalism is consistent and makes selecting rugs and trying them out a pleasure. I think the photos speak for themselves. When I dropped my rug off, Cody talked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions (even ones about other rugs in my house), and helped set expectations for my rug. Since it’s 100% synthetic he warned me that some of the darkening might not come all the way out since it has to do with how the synthetic fibers compress and degrade. I am so happy with the final result, this rug was right by the front entry in a house with two dogs and a cat. Now it feels like new, fluffy under foot where it had previously been flattened down and it is once again it’s original grey not the tan I had gotten used to from all the dirt the dogs had tracked in. I’ve been singing their praises to all my friends and family and I’ll definitely be back.

We have used Atiyeh Bros. over the years to clean our various carpets. Regardless of the stain, or general disrepair, they have always done a great job of making them look new again. Their new service, cleaning and storing patio furniture cushions looks like another winner. It was easy to drop the cushions off and I know they will be cleaned professionally and stored for me until Spring. The best part of working with Atiyeh is the fantastic customer service. Every individual has been professional and focused on my satisfaction. I wish every retail establishment had a similar focus.
