West Shore Home

We had an older bathroom that needs some TLC. After reading reviews and doing some research, I reached out to West Shore Homes and a couple of others. Russell Schamun came out and answered our questions and was super helpful. With the special they were running, we decided to pull the trigger on 2 upstairs bathrooms. All the West Shore Home employees throughout the process were very professional, curious and helpful. I really enjoyed working with them. After taking measurements, it wasn’t too long until we got on the schedule (nice easy process). Xaviar, Bailey, Trent, Kevin and Demond came out for installation. They took special care to protect the carpet and the rest of the house and cleaned up after themselves. I was working at home during the construction/installation and was very happy. All were hard working and professional. They kept me informed and finished the job as / when promised. GREAT CREW!! We were very happy with the results and the process from start to finish was great!

From demo to finished job these three workers Kyle, Jose and Israel were very professional, diligent and friendly they asked all questions asked of them about the work. Kyle kept us informed about the progress and what they were doing throughout the project. We were never left in the dark. They were constantly courteous in their action and communications. The level of knowledge about what they were doing, and it showed in the finished project. Will ask for this crew on next project we do with West Shore. Definitely a 5 Star ⭐️ crew.

Overall a great job. We replaced our shower with a similar style but just a very modest upgrade. My main compliment is the customer service and workers. A shower is a shower, but the workers Jose and Kenya, also the salesman Derek, made the experience significantly more pleasurable than you would expect with a renovation. Everyone felt more like a friend rather than someone just doing a job.

Sotelo,Ben,Mark,Trent, and Corbin did an excellent job on the shower conversion of our guest bathroom. They were able to complete it in a single day, and they cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell they were there. Highly recommend this crew.

We had the extended hand held attachment replace the rain shower head. Robert was so friendly, polite and informative. I'd like to add that the entire shower remodel was done earlier this month by John, Mikey, Greg and Cory. These installers were here by 8am and done by 6pm. Non-stop. So pleasant and respectful. Made sure to protect everything around their work area.
