Freedom Fence & Gates

I met with Freedom Fence & Gates regarding replacing my existing fence that was partially falling down. A date and time were set to meet and Matt followed up that day with a ETA and arrived at the exact time he said he would. I explained what I was looking for and Matt gave me several suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. I met with several other companies regarding this project. I choose Freedom Fence due to Matt's honest approach to my project, along with other positive reviews. The estimate I received was not the lowest nor the highest, but nicely in the middle. I touched base with Matt a few times and always received a response back. The crew arrived on time the day that was discussed and did a wonderful job. It was a long day, but finished the fence with two new gates in just one day. I LOVE how fantastic the new fence looks. I had asked for one side to be moved out about a foot and then changed my mind to be about 2' and Matt was awesome about the change. His crew was extremely polite, professional and did a superior job. I love spending time in my backyard now. Sincere appreciation and thanks. Unfortunately, my phone is unwilling to allow me to upload more fence pics to my computer. Luckily this one made it. We worked with Freedom Fence and Gates to bring new life to the custom-built gate that came with our home. We wanted to preserve its unique character, but the original wooden posts were failing and the gate needed a much more secure foundation. After speaking with a couple of other contractors, who either weren’t interested or quoted significantly higher, we were so impressed with Matt’s insight and willingness to take on this (very heavy!) project. He immediately understood the scope and had a clear vision for how to do it right. The crew—led by Bubba—was fantastic. They were punctual, detail-oriented, communicative, and checked in with us throughout the process. They took our feedback seriously and adapted as needed, which we really appreciated. Thanks to them, our gate is now a genuine feature of our home instead of an eyesore on the verge of collapse. It looks great, functions beautifully, and is built to last. From Henry to the work crew they were absolutely amazing! Not only did a phenomenal job but was extremely professional and reasonably priced! Will definitely call when I’m ready to do more railing!!!

This company was great to work with! From initial quote, revisions, scheduling, installation, and professionalism, they were excellent. We had several changes between the quote and the final installation. They were accepting of these changes without criticism. The installers were polite, professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job, despite the heat of the day. If you are looking at multiple contractors, look no further. Use Freedom Fencing, you will not be disappointed!
