I initially choose A&M based on their location. I obtained multiple inspections and estimates on my roof. A&M performed the most thorough inspection and evaluation. Juret explained everything he saw and what the pictures he took were capturing. I expected an extremely high price based on the time he spent evaluating and the quality of the materials proposed for the roof replacement / repair. The estimate I received was within a couple of hundred dollars of other much less detailed offers. A&M was able to complete my roof replacement in one day and within two weeks of the estimated time frame. The crew was neat, and polite and they left my property in good condition. The debris and nail removal was very good. Time will tell how the roof replacement works but from all appearances I chose a good company who cares about the work they provide. I am holding off the last star only until the first big rain occurs. No rain but a did notice that my upstairs bath fan vent was stressed somehow during my roof replacement. I sent pics to Juret. Today they came and repaired a small piece of ceiling drywall. They even took the time to color match the 25 year old paint. This company really cares and goes above and beyond!
